Summer is full swing...the sun is shining, birds are singing and people are off enjoying holidays. But not our programmers - they've been hard at work making Recall System Pro better and better. Here are the latest updates..

Invalid Auto Response Messaging

We can now customize error messages that are sent when a patient replies with an incorrect response to one of our automated text messages.

For example, when a patient does not respond with the designated number to confirm an appointment.... 

Your response was not recognized. Please reread and follow the instructions in the original message or call your dental office. Smile Dental,(123)456-7777

or..if a patient replies to a reminder only message...

Please do not reply. This is an automated texting service. Please call the dental office directly if needed. Thank you. Smile Dental,(123)456-7777

or..if a patient confirms an appointment but that appointment has changed..

One or more of your appts have changed. Your next appts are: John Fri, Jul 14, 2017 at 11:30 AM; Wendy Fri, Jul 16, 2017 at 1:30 AM; Please call the dental office directly if needed. Smile Dental,(123)456-7777

Weekend Patient Messaging

We have add the ability to specify the time email and text auto messaging is sent to patients on weekends. Additionally, weekend messaging can be turned off completely.

Toolbar Updates

If you're using multiple monitors on your workstation, you now have the ability to further customize the placement of the Recall System Pro Toolbar on either side of either of your monitors. This is especially helpful if the second monitor connected to your computer is used as a display in your waiting area.


Dashboard Updates

We have added the ability for you to view Text Chat Responses, Invalid Auto Text Response and Missed Pre-Appointed Appts re-booked  details in our dashboards.
