A. Yes. A five minute meeting with one of our team members is usually enough to get RSP installed.
A. We do provide training, online or in person depending on your location. A 2hr training session is included with every RSP install. We want to make sure you hit the ground running.
A. No. We are a cloud-based application that requires a very light installation. We also test your server prior to install to ensure everything runs smoothly.
A. We provide unlimited customer support at no cost to your practice. Our service center is open for phone calls Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm MST, we have in software instructions and videos, an online learning center, live support text chat, advanced learning webinars, and the ability to make support requests right from RSP. Overkill? We think not.
A. Staff interaction and messaging is real time - that's right, instant! No waiting for appointment statuses to change or responses to come back to you. Some of the less critical items take a max of 30min.
